We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from thelikka.com. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your Product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below for details:
We follow a No Refund and No Return policy for general orders.
Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement products will be delivered within 10 days.
In some cases, a return may be offered at our discretion. Please provide valid proof (photos/videos) when raising a request.
Return Processing: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to approval.
Once approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
If a refund is approved in place of an exchange, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
1. Return : We don’t take returns on items sold once.
2. Refunds: Refund is not available from our side, only exchange is available
3. Exchange: Exchange within 7 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
- If you wish to exchange your Product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or provide an alternative solution.
- If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to mail us at help.thelikka@gmail.com within 7 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.
- We will offer a replacement for damaged or defective items.
5. Return Shipping:

Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.

Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.

Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.

Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s).
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made Products, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
7. Cancellation of Orders:
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
